Turning your vision into an achievable luxury escape
Every design we create has its own unique character. A result that comes from working closely with you to produce a luxury lodge, chalet, villa, resort or camp that enhances its surroundings and remains true to your vision. We can provide a full turnkey solution or liaise with your architect and contractors to create your dream.
Our design process
After meeting with you to discuss your vision, if required, we will conduct a site visit to assess what will or won’t be possible – or practical – and make recommendations to meet your needs. Our team of designers and engineers will then begin conceptualising and drawing up a design. Once the design is ready for review, we will meet with you to fine tune it. We then begin sourcing or manufacturing the various materials required. Once this process is completed, the next phase is the preparation of the site and finally the installation of the tent. This process varies according to our clients’ needs.
Potential accommodation solutions
Whatever your requirement, we can design and create it. From bars to outdoor pool areas, lounge and dining areas, private chalets with en-suite bathrooms, bomas, villas, boardrooms, libraries, kitchens, reception areas, spas and more, no request is too big or small.
Choose your canvas colour
From traditional olive green to sand, ivory, grey or brown, we provide a variety of standard coloured canvas. Additionally, we can also match a colour according to your requirements; however, this offer is subject to the purchase of a certain quantity.
Heating and cooling
High ceilings, a double roof structure, insulation material, and large windows and doors promote positive airflow through the tents. In tropical environments, air conditioners can be added for further cooling. When it’s warmth you need, fireplaces, hard wooden doors and windows, a durable canvas body and block out material to insulate the tent are ideal to cope with cooler conditions. These add to the luxuriousness of your accommodation.
No matter where your tent or camp will be located - be it on water, rocks, desert sand, a grassy plain, tropical beach, ice field or in dense forest - we will ensure it is built to last.
The ripstop canvas is treated to be UV resistant, rot proof and waterproof. As an optional extra, we can offer fire retardant canvas material. Industrial-strength zips can be added and, although durable, these are also easily replaceable if need be. We also provide essential maintenance training to extend the lifespan of the tent.
